RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return and Exchange Policy is only applicable for purchases made through Bawallovers Website only

We will not be responsible for items that are purchased through non-registered Personal Shopper / Agent / Dropship or other Certified Agent & Dropships that are not registered under our team

1- Complaints must be lodged within 3 working days starting on the day the customer has received the order.

2- Complaints made after the lapse of this period will not be entertained. Please allow us within 48 hours to respond to your complaints.

3- For complaints on items purchased through Certified Agents/Certified Dropship, customers must liaise with their Certified Agents/Certified Dropship within 7 working days after they received the parcel. Certified Agent/Certified Dropship will then bring the issue to us and complaints will then be entertained by the persons in charge.

4- Return and exchange are only applicable for items that are defective or damaged from our side, or mistakenly delivered.


5- Please fill in our Return & Exchange Form and allow us within 48 hours to process your appeal.

6- Return items must be in good condition, unworn, unwashed, and in an unaltered condition with all tags attached (Please refer to the conditions below).

7- The new item will be processed within 5-7 working days to deliver back to the customer. The returned products will be received by our warehouse within 7 days and will go through our Quality Check Department for examination and faulty confirmation.

Unworn, with tag and unwashed

  • Defected goods must be returned within 3 days after receiving.
  • No cash refund.
  • Exchange with new stock or any design, with the same value, is subject to stock availability and faulty confirmation from the Quality Check Department.

Unworn, without tag and washed

  • Goods that are detected to experience color faded or fabric shrinking only after being washed must be returned within 3 days after receiving. Any other forms of defects after being washed will not be entertained.
  • No cash refund.
  • Exchange with new stock or any design, with the same value, is subject to stock availability and faulty confirmation from the Quality Check Department.

v  We do not honor walk-in returns. 

v  We will not attend any exchanges for a different color, size, and design or any wrong purchases. Examples: “I change my mind”, “I don't like this design”, “The size doesn’t fit me”, "I wish to change to another size", “I’ve bought or clicked on the wrong product/variant”, "I want to change to another color".

v  All return or exchange item(s) postage fees will be refunded through store credit only. 

v  We do not provide refunds. Request for refund will only be entertained under the circumstances for cases of out-of-stock or defects that have no replacements or beyond repair.

 

In the event the product return is not faulty we may at our discretion not replace or refund you for the product and/or may require you to pay all reasonable carriage and service costs at our standard current fees. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses as a result.
